How it all started

NoFo Brew Co put down its roots in September of 2019. Affectionately named NoFo after North Forsyth, our name is a nod to where we established our original location as Forsyth County’s first official craft brewery and distillery. We will celebrate our 5th anniversary this year!

As our roots extended, so did our brewery with now three locations across North Georgia in Cumming, Gainesville and Cleveland.

NoFo was founded by Joe Garcia, Shannon Miles and Bryan Miles - three friends with a passion for craft beer, craft spirits and a perpetual craving for adventure.

Today, we’re focused on providing an upscale, family-friendly environment centered around great craft beer, hand-crafted cocktails and amazing hospitality to communities we adore.

We have three core beers, including a hazy New England IPA, a Czech-style pilsner and a Mexican-style lager. We also offer a wide variety of different beer styles across all locations like sours, dark beers and pale ales.

As a full distillery, we make all our own spirits in house including bourbon, agave spirit, vodka, gin and specialty spirits.

In 2023, NoFo Brew Co became a proud sponsor of Walsall Football Club located in Walsall, England. We are currently working on brining our beer to the UK and to the Walsall F.C. stadium!

NoFo stands for more than North Forsyth to us now. It’s about loving our neighbors, creating a place for our community, pouring into our team and much more.
